A capsule for still and sparkling wines may have various:
• material (PVC, aluminum foil, polylaminate Alu+PE+Alu);
• dimensions and shape;
• thickness;
• color and decoration of skirt;
• embossment;
• material (PVC or Aluminum) and decoration of top-disc;
• pull tab and tear strip;
• perforation in required at lower strength points for easy opening.
A natural cork stopper may have various:
• composition (solid, agglomerated, microgranulated);

• surface decoration.
A logo can be applied to capsules by flexoprinting, hot-foil printing or hologram.
A logo can be printed in UV-sensitive dye to provide additional (and the most reliable) counterfeit protection.
A logo on the cork stoppers can be printed or burnt.
